Le grand qui a pas dit un mot
Était intimidant
Des poings comme des jambons

Où il y a la porte en diagonale
Qui mène à la cave au plancher de terre

J'ai vu qu'ils étaient passés par là

The Cellar

When I stepped out of my cabin
There were two guys waiting for me
With a shovel and a lantern

They said, “Come, you’re gonna dig.
We wanna find what we left in your cellar.”
The tall one who didn’t say a word was intimidating
Fists like hams and no front teeth
I followed them out back
To the diagonal door
That leads to the cellar with a dirt floor

When they lit it up
I saw that they’d been through there
There were holes all over
Without thinking too much
I took the shovel

I hit the fat one in the knees
And the other on the back of the neck
